Shipping Costs
We offer affordable worldwide shipping at a flat rate based on your destination:
- Germany: €1.60, free standard shipping on orders over €20, free tracked shipping on orders over €40
- Europe: €1.60, free standard shipping on orders over €20, free tracked shipping on orders over €40
- United Kingdom: £1.60, free standard shipping on orders over £15, free tracked shipping on orders over £30
- Rest of the World: $1.60, free standard shipping on orders over $20, free tracked shipping on orders over $40
All orders are shipped as letters.
Tracked Shipping
Tracked Shipping is available for an additional €2.40 / £2.40 / $2.40, depending on your destination and checkout currency.
Tracked Shipping is automatically included at no additional cost for orders over:
- Germany: 40€
- Europe: €40
- United Kingdom: £30
- Rest of the World: $40
You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Estimated Delivery Times
Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- Germany: up to 3 business days
- Europe: up to 7 business days
- Outside Europe: up to 14 business days
Please note that these are estimated delivery times. Occasional delays caused by postal services, customs, or other circumstances outside our control may occur.
Returns Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in its original condition.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for returned items that are lost in transit.
Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Original shipping costs and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
